My 2012 vision journal

I love creating vision boards.  I have been creating them every year for the past three years now. Earlier this week I was catching up on my blog reading and read a post on Love Brown Sugar where she shared a few of her readers vision boards. There were two that stood out to me; they were vision journals.

This fresh alternative to turning your vision board into a vision journal, I liked.  One thing about me, I love to journal.  Actually, I'm a collector of journals.  If I see one I like, I buy it knowing that I will one day use it.  Thinking off the top of my head, I probably have three beautiful journals that I have not used yet.  The idea of being able to have my journal filled with images and empowering words and phrases clipped from my favorite magazines excited me.  The added benefit is that I get to take my journal with me as I travel, filling it up along the way.

So far I have only completed the cover of my vision journal, but will set aside time to start filling the pages this week. I'm sooo excited! I have set very specific goals for myself this year and I'm looking forward to seeing them manifest.
